The sewage treatment plant is a joint project invested by DHWD and its partner Yizheng Chemical Fiber Daming Group. It takes half a year and the project was finished before the "Zero Action for Tai Lake Valley pollution treatment". The project is a combination of careful consideration of the mill's discharge specialty and long-term experience of the design unit, of the matured technology and the recommended technical from National Environment Protection Bureau, and the treatment emphasizes on biotic treatment technology and also employs chemical method as the subsidiary treatment. The finished plant has the group's discharged water reaching nation's third grade water quality standard.
